Dahlia Dinner Plate ‘Fantaste du Cape’

Dahlia 'Fantaste du Cape' is a shorter variety of the dinner plate dahlia with 7-8 inch wide hot pink blooms with white accents.

‘Fantaste du Cape’ is a dinner plate dahlia with very large 7-8 inch wide blooms of prolific hot pink petals with white accents. A shorter variety to about three feet with strong stems. Makes a fantastic cut flower. Dahlia are hardy to coastal BC’s winter temperatures but not to winter wet. Protect from rain in free-draining soils, plant in pots that can be moved and protected, or lift and store in a cool, dry, frost free location. They are moderately deer resistant.
