The tubular red flowers of this form are long and narrow with recurved tips. The leaves are narrowly lance-shaped. Best in a rich but well-drained potting mix, ideally receiving morning sun and afternoon shade. Give deep waterings when in growth and allow to go just short of bone dry when dormant. Keep above zero Celsius for the winter.
