Cypripedium ‘Pixi’

Cypripedium ‘Pixi’ possesses some of the deepest, richest burgundy-red flowers of any hybrid lady's slipper orchid.

‘Pixi’ is a cross between the Eurasian C. calceolus and the Asian C. tibeticum possessing some of the deepest, richest burgundy-red flowers of any hybrid lady’s slipper orchid. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical. Lady’s slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Well cared for clumps can double their flowering stems ever year!
