Cypripedium ‘Lady Dorine’

Cypripedium 'Lady Dorine' has a large, inflated pouch with lightly marked ribs and a pale yellow flush to the white petals.

Cypripedium ‘Lady Dorine’ somewhat resembles its parent C. formosanum in the large, inflated pouch with lightly marked ribs. Its other parent, C. fasciolatum, contributes the pouch’s white colouration and the pale yellow flush to the white petals. Blooms in April/May. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical. Lady’s slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Well cared for clumps can double their flowering stems ever year! Blooming size.
