‘Dr. Ernst von Siemens’ is a newly registered hybrid from 2016 with impressively intense flower colouration of deep red-purple with perfect flower form. It resembles an excellent Cypripedium tibeticum but is more robust and vigorous than the species. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical. Lady’s slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Well cared for clumps can double their flowering stems ever year! Blooming size.
