‘Christian’ is a new hybrid cross of C. shanxiense and C. hotei with magnificent red flowers and a large prounounced slipper. It is vigorous and robust in growth with stems around 1 foot tall. Blooms in May. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical. Lady’s slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species.
