Cypripedium ‘Achim’

Near blooming size.

‘Achim’ is a lovely, mild-mannered lady’s slipper with a creamy yellow flower marked with burgundy and pink stripes and spots. It flowers mid spring. The number of shoots gradually increases over the years. This hybrid is a cross between C. pubescens and C. froschii. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical. Lady’s slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Well cared for clumps can double their flowering stems ever year! Blooming size.
