Convallaria majalis

A popular spring shade plant: waxy, fragrant, bell-shaped flowers are held above the upright, elliptic foliage. Lily-of-the-Valley’s spreading habit makes it a useful groundcover under deciduous trees or in areas with partial sun or shade. The fragrance is one of those classics for spring.
