Clematis ‘Walter Pennell’ is a unique cultivar in both colour and form. The 6-8 inch wide flowers offer shades of deep mauve-pink to carmine pink with darker central bands. They May and June blooms are semi-double and the late August blooms usually single. Pruning group B1.
