Clematis ‘Mrs P.T. James’ is from our own backyard, Salt Spring Island to be exact! It was bred by Mr P.T. James and named in honour of his wife. It offers amazing sky blue double blooms in June followed by single flowers throughout summer. The flowers are 6-8 inches wide. Pruning group B1.
