Clematis Evison ‘Ice Blue’ produces huge white flowers 6-8 inches across in early summer each with a hint of palest blue across the tepals. These flowers can bloom from quite low on the overwintered stems up to the tops of the stems making ‘Ice Blue’ great for a large container or raised position. It will rebloom in the summer with slightly smaller and whiter flowers. Grows 6-8 feet high. Pruning group B.
