Chrysogonum virginiana ‘Allen Bush’ is a tough eastern North American native plant commonly known as goldenstar. This low-growing evergreen perennial is a favoured ground cover for the woodland garden growing 6 to 12 inches high and spreading to 12 or more inches wide by rhizomes. Great for brightening the shade garden and rambling along the edges of garden paths and borders. Suppresses weeds and attracts pollinators. Deer resistant.
