Like a groundcover sedum dreaming of being a golden chain tree! Chiastophyllum ‘Solar Yellow’ is a hardy evergreen perennial with large, fleshy, ovate leaves suitable for rockeries, border edges or containers. Starting in mid-spring through the summer, it blooms with bright yellow pendulous flowers on brownish stems. Well-drained soil is necessary for successful cultivation.
