Ceanothus ‘Lemon Ice’ is a versatile, hardy, upright, evergreen shrub. Variegated, small, oval foliage has dark green centres with broad chartreuse-yellow edges. Light blue, fragrant blossoms appear above the foliage on rigid stems in late spring to early summer that attracts pollinators. Grows 36-60 inches tall and wide. Drought tolerant once established. Very attractive as a specimen plant, in a shrub border, and as an informal screen or hedge.
