The fruit is sweet and well flavoured (Brix 1-12%), shape is round to oblong with pointed blossom end and thick, red flesh, weighing about 1.1 kg. Plants are vigorous, prolific and easy to grow with impressive heights of 10 to 15 feet with a 4 to 6 foot spread. Grows well in containers outdoors in a warm location in the summer then moved indoors to avoid winter frost and chill. Good drainage is important. Safest to keep above about 10 degrees Celsius.
