Capsicum annuum Mighty Veggie ‘Sriracha’
Mighty Veggie grafted peppers produce 2-3 times (or more!) fruit than ungrafted plants and are more cold tolerant and disease resistant.

‘Sriracha’ pepper plants produce attractive, large, five inch long, jalapeno-shaped fruits with a uniform shape, shiny, smooth skin, and thick walls. Fruit ripens from green to red reaching a mildly hot 2500 to 8000 Scoville heat units. Perfect for slicing, roasting, and pickling. Long shelf life. 65-70 days. Mighty Veggies grafted vegetables are hand grafted onto super strong rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so veggies start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Veggie grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
