‘Anaheim’ is a mildly hot pepper with tapered, 6 to 8 inch long peppers that turn from green to red with delicious, mild spiciness. Rated as 500-2500 Scoville heat units. Excellent for roasting or frying. 65-75 days. Mighty Veggies grafted vegetables are hand grafted onto super strong rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so veggies start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Veggie grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
