‘Elizabeth Oliver’ is a dainty creeping ground cover with nodding powder blue, very double flowers. Beautiful in the woodland or perennial border especially with burgundy-leaved plants, golden hostas and ferns. Spreading growth, but not invasive. Average, well-drained soils.
