Caladium ‘Bleeding Heart’
Caladium 'Bleeding Heart' has arrow-shaped red leaves and veins with wide green margins and white spotting.

Caladium ‘Bleeding Heart’ couldn’t be better-named with arrow-shaped foliage holding red centres bleeding out to wide green margins with white speckling. Not hardy for any of us but it’s easy to save the corms over winter (at 10 degrees Celsius) and bring them out in spring. Caladium love heat. Best to start indoors and move outside once nighttime temperatures are above 15 degrees Celsius. Use as mass plantings or in containers and hanging baskets or as year round houseplants.
