Brugmansia sanguinea Yellow Form
The yellow form of the red angel's trumpet, Brugmansia sanguinea, has distinctive, small, deep yellow flowers.
The rare red angel’s trumpet, Brugmansia sanguinea, is one of the most distinctive and striking species of the genus and its yellow form is even rarer. It has deep yellow trumpet shaped flowers that are smaller than the hybrids. This high elevation species blooms best in cool temperatures in spring and fall and may bloom less in summer. Grow in a pot or in a garden bed near the patio. Bring inside as a houseplant in winter or throw it in a dark basement to “hibernate” (really!).
