Baptisia ‘Golden Anniversary’ ‘is a false indigo being the first of its kind to offer golden yellow foliage! By early summer, contrasting and strikingly beautiful indigo blue flowers emerge on yellow stems that rise up just above the foliage. A more compact habit as well 30 to 36 inches tall and wide. Baptisia are like perennial lupins. Though they are herbaceous they act much like a shrub for design purposes and are long-lived.
