Athyrium ‘Silver Slippers’

'Silver Slippers' is a dwarf Japanese painted fern with silvery foliage and red midribs. Dainty and delicate for small shady places.

Thought to be a dwarf form of Japanese Painted Fern, ‘Silver Slippers’ will tuck into the tightest of niches. Reaching only 6-8” at maturity it has a striking blend of gray-green foliage and wine coloured mid-veins.
