Athyrium filix-femina ‘Dre’s Dagger’
Athyrium 'Dre's Dagger' is a crazy fern with criss-crossing, apple green pinnae and crested tips all on red stems!
Athyrium filix-femina ‘Dre’s Dagger’ is a highly textured and compact version of the lady fern with uniquely criss-crossed, backward-facing pinnae on fronds that terminate in a small, crested, forked tip. The apple green foliage contrasts nicely with the red petioles. Grow in rich soils in shade to morning sun. Herbaceous. Likely a sport of ‘Victoriae’.
