Aster Island ‘Barbados’

Aster Island 'Barbados' has late season light purple flowers and bright yellow centres.

Aster ‘Barbados’ comes to us from the Island series with great garden and pot performance. It is a prolific bloomer in the late summer garden when little else is in bloom. The bountiful blooms are medium-sized and semi-double with light purple ray florets with bright yellow centres covering the rounded, compact mounds to 14 inches high and wide. Use as accents or mass plantings at the front of the border, or in mixed containers. Pollinator attractor. Deer resistant.
