Asimina triloba ‘Allegheny’ is an early ripener, very productive even at a young age, and offers great flavour with 1/2 pound fruits that are sweet and rich with a hint of citrus. The flesh is medium firm, smooth, and yellow in colour. The seed ratio is a bit higher than other cultivars but the flavour is a crowd favourite.
