Anemone nemorosa ‘Blue Eyes’

Anemone nemorosa 'Blue Eyes' is a special cultivar with ruffly, white, double flowers centred with blue eye.

Anemone nemorosa is a charming woodland groundcover that produces cute little one inch wide flowers in early spring above the nicely dissected foliage. ‘Blue Eyes’ is a special cultivar with ruffly, white, double flowers centred with a purple-blue to cobalt blue eye. The flower reverses are also flushed blue. Use wood anemones to help show off dark flowered hellebores against the dark soil or as an ephemeral groundcover beneath deciduous trees and shrubs.
