Anemone japonica Fantasy ‘Snow Angel’ is a vigorous, clumping selection with thickly-petaled, semi-double flowers in pure white around yellow stamens. The flowers are held on strong, upright stems to 18 inches tall above compact foliage and bloom longer than most Japanese anemones from late July until October, then form attractive seed heads like small cotton balls adding interest until a hard frost. The Fantasy series also includes ‘Red Riding Hood’, ‘Pocahontas’ and ‘Cinderella.’
