Allium vineale ‘Hair’
Allium vineale 'Hair' looks like it was created by Dr Seuss. Or like it stuck its finger in the electrical socket!

Ornamental onions offer intriguing spherical or egg-shaped inflorescences comprised of hundreds of tiny flowers. Allium vineale ‘Hair’ is an oddball cultivar with strange purple-red clusters with little yellow flowers and long, green, hair-like extensions. Great as a cut flower.
