Alcea rosea ‘Halo Blush’

Alcea rosea 'Halo Blush' has unique pure white petals with a deep magenta ring around the middle of a greenish centre.

Alcea rosea ‘Halo Blush’ is an update on an old garden classic. This hollyhock has unique pure white petals with a deep magenta ring around the middle of a greenish centre. Combine that with a bushy habit, strong perenniality, and superior rust resistance and you’ve got a winner. Easy to grow in a variety of soils including seasonally dry sites but hollyhocks really perform well in rich, loamy soil with good moisture.
