Agave tequilana ‘Weber’s Blue’

Agave tequilana 'Weber's Blue' is the species used to make the famous and classic liquor from Mexico: tequila!

Now you too can produce your own tequila! Agave tequilana ‘Weber’s Blue’ is the species used to make the famous and classic liquor from Mexico. You’ll need a little space though as this is a large species (though it won’t grow as large in a pot in Canada as it does in the fields of Jalisco). It has long, sword-like leaves in shades of silver-blue to powder blue. It will make a great conversation piece for your garden guests. Margaritas anyone? Or do you want to do shots?!
