An impressive dwarf, variegated agave with lance-shaped leaves edged in creamy white with margins covered in filifers (threads). Potentially hardy outside on the west coast if kept dry. Elsewhere ‘Shira ito no ohi’ makes an easy houseplant in the winter and patio plant in the summer.
